HostPlacenta Return Policy

At HostPlacenta, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer domain registration, web hosting services, and various hosting packages designed to meet your needs. Please review our return policy below to understand your rights and options in case of a refund request.

1. Domain Name Purchases

  • Non-refundable: Domain name purchases are final and non-refundable once registered. Due to the nature of domain registration, we are unable to process refunds after the domain has been successfully purchased, even if canceled.

2. Hosting Packages

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all hosting packages (shared, VPS, cloud hosting, etc.). If you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Eligibility: Refunds apply to new hosting accounts only. Renewals and upgrades of existing accounts are not covered under this policy.
    • Exclusions: Domain registration fees, SSL certificates, and any additional services are non-refundable, even when purchased in conjunction with hosting packages.

3. Refund Requests

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Service Cancellations

  • After 30 Days: If you cancel your hosting service after the 30-day guarantee period, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, your account and any associated services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Early Termination by HostPlacenta: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our terms of service, no refunds will be provided.

5. Account Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: When upgrading your hosting plan, the cost difference will be charged to your account. No refunds will be given for the previous plan.
  • Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the difference in price will not be refunded, but your new plan rate will apply on the next billing cycle.

6. Third-Party Services

  • No Refunds on Third-Party Services: Third-party services such as software, apps, or tools that are purchased through HostPlacenta but provided by third-party vendors are subject to the refund policies of those vendors.

7. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom server configurations or any services labeled as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.

8. Policy Amendments

HostPlacenta reserves the right to change or modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be updated on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
